  We have been dealing with Modern for about 4 years. We had a old unit (23) years old that needed service 3 years ago during a snow storm we called and they immediately came over and got the heat back on. On Thursday June 11 2015 the unit required replacing after 23 years of serving us. We called them they again promptly came over and gave us a quote. Unit was installed in one day. They also take care of all the rebates which was $1950.00.
  Great family business..... the Service reps were Polite and reliable.

  First time experience but recommended by our long time plumber. Responded to us during a holiday weekend just as everyone was turning on their a/c and finding issues. Came when he was scheduled and even called a day earlier to see if we wanted to change our appointment. Efficient. Explained everything patiently. Cleaned up. Billed us according to his estimate. Will definitely be using him in the future.
